Unfortunately still experiencing the same issue, I'm confident I followed the steps as shown.

I am also running a GTX 1070. Thanks for your help. I would have replied faster but I am limited to one post every 10 minutes currently.

Forgive me if this is the wrong channel for this question, but Plutonium will always get stuck on a unresponsive white screen when launching just after fetching update details. I tried many of the solutions listed in the "Common Launcher Issues & Solutions" thread but to no avail. I made sure to run as administrator, take care of antivirus, as well as make sure Microsoft redistributables were up to date. I've additionally tried deleting and reinstalling everything but still experience the same issue. Please let me know if you have any ideas or if there is anything I can do to help. Thanks!
