Is there any way to increase the amount of xp earned in a dedicated server?

I have played on the Shakin servers and they are great and all, but i miss the old ffa trickshotting feeling. So, i downloaded a mod for bots to make it somewhat challenging to get to last, but I've noticed some spots aren't possible to hit from. Is there any way around this? The shakin servers found a way around this and I'm curious as to how they achieved that, I know this isn't urgent support, but literally everyone I talked to has no idea.
