From a quick google search LightNode seems like their are decent. Comes with it's own IPv4 address, DDoS protection and supports Windows / Linux. Might be worth to rent it for a few hours to see if its any good.

@Mix-Spam You can't keep the bot server full, so it doesn't allow anyone else to join. You must have a maximum of 17 players between bots and real players.
