Plutonium

So i had some problems yesterday about having a corrupted file so i recycled all the files and tried to redownload em. it doesent work all my antivirus is turned off ect and it still wont work. Help!

So im following all the directions and im trying to install it it says i dont have enough space but. I have 474 GB free of 1.81 TB. It is a E Drive and not a C drive but does that change anything?
