I wonder how I can create scheduled restarts for IW4MAdmin. I want to create a scheduled task on my windows server but I cannot think of a way to close a specific conhost.exe hence I have multiple instances running for IW4MAdmin and the respective Pluto/Tekno Servers. The PID changes after every execution so otherwise I would have just run taskkill /IW PID. Any Idea how to schedule a restart?

Do you use dedicated servers with a custom hypervisor and VMs or a vps?
Probably my Xenserver was just badly configured aswell as my VMs. But most of my services were quite responsive, just game servers performed poorly.

I am just thinking about what could be done with Container... You could recreate Matchmaking with servers on demand...

Try the "Windows VC10-4" from Strato. I only had good experiences with the hoster. On 2vCPU and 4GB RAM i can host 6 Pluto/Tekno servers comfortably. And its hosted in the EU for 8€ a month but look out for sales.

Concering your Performance Problem with Linux, I had a dedicated Server on Hetzner and tried to run MW3 servers there. I tried it with Windows and different Linux distros, always had the same problem you are facing, poor performance and lags.
I bet it has something to do with the firewalls leading to your game server and back to the client. Just try to change your hoster, rent a small VPS just for a test run.

You may also try to contact your current hoster and ask him about the performance problems you are experiencing.

Hello there, since Linux distributions are not supported to run Pluto Servers and wine is a complicated business, is there an option to host Servers as Container in Docker for example?

I think to remember that someone was working on creating this hosting option.

Is there any news on that topic?

Hello there, I have played with Pluto Servers for last couple of days and created two bot servers. All of my servers are on the same VPS. Here comes my question:

Can Bots from Bot Warfare have custom classes? The documentation only opts for minor settings like:

• If the bots should be able to use overpowered and annoying create-a-class selections.
• If the bots should filter bad performing create-a-class selections.

But in a following sentece it is mentioned, that bots remember their loadout:
"Bots each all have different classes, traits, and difficulty and remember it all."

Is ther any way to customize a Bot Loadout?

If so, multiple servers would try to access the same directory in %appdata%, how can I create multiple Bot Loadouts for multiple servers on the same VPS?
