I just started a normal dedicated server for playing with my friends. I can't see it. What's the issues? I'll give information if necessary.

Server doesn't appear in server list. What's the issue? -
Fixed .dll issue, now the server starter is missing "default_mp.cfg" for zombie server startup. I need assistance on installation. -
!start_zm_server.bat claiming that t6r.dll is missing, even if the file is there.
So what's the issue? Why can't the server starter identify the .dll file even if it's there.

Missing SharedLibraryCore.Configuration.ApplicationConfiguration.
I download the dotnet files and Plutonium, with it functioning.
