When does this error occur? Which memory address does it crash at? The bootstrapper cmd window will tell you that (0x1234567). do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them. post a screenshot of your game folder right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that.
