I get that this thread is old, but I found a plausible solution. If you downloaded plutonium using a file called plutonium.exe, and then try to update it using a file called plutonium (1).exe (aka, you downloaded an extra copy), then it will not work. You have to find and use the original file.

Bo2 won't openEvery time I hit play, it loads, then plutonium just closes. Could I get some help here? And I don't get any popups explaining why.
