@TooL4G6Y That sucks. What location did you put the black ops 2 folder? maybe its running into a permissions issue? mine is under program files (x86), and I used takeownsership.reg to grant access for my user account in windows.
As far as I can tell, the launcher is looking for whichever is the next file for it to load in, but can't find it or access it
