i have 3 monitors 2 externals and 1 main, i tried windows + shift + arrow key but i only get a black square and the game is still running off my main monitor is there any form of fix for this ?

when i try to start up a game on origins on bo2 whether its solos or with friends it loads the map its makes the sound of the map ( when its about to start ) its loads and then kicks me back to the lobby to make a new game

everytime i download plutonium launcher i keep getting these 2 error pop ups after trying to open the file and also i already tried running it as admin still same problem i downloaded both files and put them in the dedicated folder and still same problem, does someone know how to fix this? is someone having the same issue?? please help me.
