First launch the server keep it running and then install IW4M Admin

Host or Owner? In the case of host then you are already the host.

In the case of Owner, i don't know just install iw4m admin it's easier.

Hello, so i've setup a dedicated server.

I can join but no one else can. People can't see my server in the list neither can they join with IP and port.

Could need some help please.

Also i port forwarded in my firewall since i don't have access to my router.

Yo_Angelo (localhost) is your public ip not your Ipv4

You have to use an english version

As far as i know, Plutonium is only compatible with the English language atm.

First of all, you are trying to install Plutonium with black ops 1 second, don't ever download these packs.
