My friend just downlaoded the game but the launcher won't launch, no crash reports or anything. He's on windows 7.

So, I wanna play BO2 Zombies Plutonium with my friend but I have no idea how to add friends in-game, any tips?

I just downloaded MW3 plutonium and everytime I try to launch it, it says that "Could not load localization.txt" even tho I did everything right. Can someone help me?
