HannesC mine pluto is installed in desktop, but i´ll try

2 of my friends are having trouble executing the "setup" for each game, after clicking "setup" instead of showing the "play" button the setup button keeps showing, and the launcher is not corrected or restarted, we reinstalled a few times and keeps the same.
we are doing the same walktrough of my installation that worked, but it does not work for them. help me
