while it was downloading at 137/745 i went into task manager and it was using a lot of internet so i think it was downloading for sure

is it supposed to be on 137 for a long time

when im downloading it as soon as it hits 18% it just gets stuck there i wait like 2 hours and it is still at 18% what do i do
