Thanks for the clarification. I played BO2 on the Deck multiplayer about a month ago for about a week or so straight, and after seeing this was worried I would be banned. Would it still be safe to play offline in LAN mode?
@Mr-Android Oh okay, I think I understand now. So basically Steam Decks have the same or similar HWIDs, which in turn, prevents users from playing
I saw something on a post that I had created that playing on the Steam Deck is a bannable offense, I was just wondering as to why?
@KarmaLeDemon Yes, unfortunately the link is dead. I made this script for an app that I was developing for the Steam Deck, but unfortunately I had to pull the plug on the application due to the exceeding high costs of CDN (direct downloads) from the file hosting service that I was using.
