Sadly, they don't do unbans. You accepted their anti-cheat policy when you created the account. If you have read it, it states that any tools used is banable, they even showed you how to disable and go into lan mode so they the tools work but you lose access to the servers.

clair3 What do you mean by servers? Plutonium straight up does not let you use any types of third party tools online that messes with the memory of the game.

clair3 Unfortunately I can't answer that. However, I'm pretty sure there is a good reason why they don't allow such tools. If you want to use it without being banned, next time is to use lan mode. They do not do unbans.

It could be anything that whatever you did that violated and activated their anti-cheat system.

If you violate it again, the 2nd ban will be a very long 6000000+ days. Creating alt accounts also extends your ban by the way.

I don't know why you're using that laptop for gaming as they weren't design for middle or high-end games. Usually very low game are fine like 2d games. Those type of laptop were usually designed for education, business, job, or just daily use of the web.
