frosty Mind telling me how? Also this is for a zombies server between friends, there'll be no missing about with other players

I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to host my own server with running a mod menu, I’ve tried force host but when I go into the server it doesn’t prompt me to open up the server and if I press the button for the menu to open it doesn’t, anyone know If it’s possible?
