Hadi77KSA i was troubleshooting for a minute, was this mentioned somewhere? such an easy fix, thank you

after downloading the installer on windows 10 (latest version), when i try to execute it, it just loads for a second and nothing happens.
things i've tried:

• installing the runtimes from thread "Common Launcher Issues & Solutions" (were already installed + repaired)
• turned off real-time protection
• scanned for current threats, it didn't detect plutonium installer as one
• deactivated firewall
• turned off all NordVPN processes

oh and i have 427gb of free space on my C drive.
help pls
