Me and my friends are tired of being stuck and dying because of it

Hello, I was playing with 3 friends on Town and around round 19 we lost connection and we got the following error:

I saw on the internet that this is probably a HUD issue and I have some mods that actually add things like:

•Health Bar + Zombie Counter
•HD Perk Shaders

But the Health Bar and Zombie Counter is essential for us, Is there any way to solve this without having to remove this mod?

PS: Every time my friends died, the Health Bar and Zombie Counter overlap each other, dunno if this have anything to do with it

I tried to play coop with a friend but the map wouldn't load, would he also have to have the mod and activate it or does coop not work at all?
