Did you get the mods from UGX? In that case the mods get installed to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\mods, and you should move them to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods for them to work properly.

Wrong folder, actually.

They should be in C:\Users\[Your username]\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\raw\images

If you put

%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\raw

on the windows search it should take you there.
