Xerxes any idea where should I look into to fix this ?

I have an issue with my t6 server, whenever anyone quits the game every player gets kicked, and bo2 shows: this session is no longer available, how can I fix it?
EDIT: I've noticed in the logs that every player has the same IP address, which absurd, what could be the cause of that ?

Dss0 is this normal as in a known bug or expected behavior because it makes troubleshooting the server very annoying

Hello, my server is running, when I try launching the game (t6) , the launcher just disappears.
When the server is not running I can launch the game without any problem, I always have to launch the server before the game, any fix for that ?
