I was having a similar issue; we couldn't join each other via LAN.

We disabled UPnP in our router settings, and this fixed the issue.

(replying on an old post as it is at the top of google search results, hopefully will help anyone with the same issue)

@zyhun Do as Resxt said, but for redists, either use a script or download these:
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
They are more recent, and will download all missing DLLs. Either way, your choice, all methods provided by Plutonium are safe.
