Have you tried this one from NVIDIA ? https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/texture-tools-standalone-app Using the BC3 (DXT5) preset works fine In my opinion, your gray texture becomes green and transparent, as if one color channel (Most likely the Red one) was stored in the alpha channel instead (This may happen to some DDS used for normal maps) Could you please send your base texture and your green output ? (not screenshots ofc)

@S2RT Thank you! I appreciate this a ton. I come from no programming background, so this is a first for me. I'm kind of just messing around with snippets I see on here and seeing what each thing does, but this help is very much appreciated.

@Not-Important You'd probably need to change resolution to fit the initial one (in this case 720p). You also want to make sure you convert the video to WEBP and the frame rate is 30. That's just what I believe is what works.
