Seriously though, plutonium doesn't do unbans. At least you know what triggered yours and you can avoid in the future. Only thing you can do is wait out your 7 days and don't do it again... the next one is a lifetime ban!!
The only thing hurting Activision's profits is Activision and it's managers.
If you want boiii I can only recommend to use t7x, as @FutureRave is one of the few people with the whole source code and not just forks of the public part of boiii.
You can use any number up to 200 with no issues. Above 200 might provide issues, not sure if it's all games but unless your monitor hz is above 200 don't think you should want FPS above that
