Either try a VPN like Cloudflare WARP or a different internet connection.

For the same reason as every one else with that issue: Bad internet.

Ive had the same issue not entirely sure what's causing it

We only support the Steam versions. This most likely won't change in the near future.

This would be a good idea with some free tourneys as well.
