It is probably not the anticheat problem. People can mod on servers they own. However if it is a mod that can be used on all different types of servers like an injection then yes the anticheat system will take affect to ban them.

@meekzyr you can give advantages to certain players or ranks with gsc so it's not a proof that it's not a server side mod. If they don't have any role on the server if you're sure they're just users then yeah they're probably cheaters and you should report it
