If you don't want to uninstall your whole AV, you can also add %localappdata%/plutonium and plutonium.exe to your antivirus exclusions.

Have you allowed Plutonium through your firewall? What antivirus do you have? Have you added the plutonium folder (%localappdata%/plutonium) to your antivirus exclusions? This is normally caused by antivirus or firewall blocking an internal connection.
