    You need to put the background in an iwd. Placing the iwi in images will just result in the launcher deleting it. See the guide here: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/1291/customising-your-game-menu-background-music-etc

    Make sure you enter your username, email will not work. Also ensure you are typing your username is the proper case. Usernames are CASE SENSITIVE.

    Because the ping in-game takes the time it takes for your packets to be handled into account. The ping on the server list does not. This delay is around 20ms, depending on how fast the server is

    You have the location in the launcher wrong redirect it to where you have your mw3 downloaded

    Yes you can, you'll need to create a new steam library (possible in steam settings) for that drive if you don't already have one. Then when starting the download it will ask you which library to want to download the dedi server to.

    @RICO123 I don't know where you got PU.exe from we haven't used it in like 2 years. Please follow this guide to download plutonium.exe and set it up. https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/531/how-to-install-plutonium-iw5-launcher You should also download a newer copy of MW3, if you use the same version as tekno you are likely to crash and we won't help. You can get a newer copy for free by following this thread: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/448/how-to-download-the-iw5-base-game/ If you have problems afterwards, please make a new thread and do not hijack somebody else's thread.
