Alright I just noticed your mw3 folder is incomplete. It's missing files. This is why the launcher errors. Please reinstall MW3 from steam.

Cause the game was made for Windows 7 originally i believe, but the game also works in Win10.

Albinrj the DLL it says it cannot find is part of the MW3 base game. If you did indeed select a MW3 folder then your game is incomplete.

Use the torrent link instead then. You can find this in the pinned messages in MW3 support channel in the discord.
