This happens to me every time I open mw3 - my desk mic gets lowered to the minimum

ok so I found another post. Apparently typing the command "vid_restart" fixes that issue. I don't know why, maybe you can tell me. Anyway still thanks for trying to help me.

Hey, thanks for this, I sequentially went through your suggestions. None have completely solved the issue. I noticed though that after renaming Plutonium/storage/iw5/zone the plutonium client reinstalled those files for me, after that, the map rotation sometimes works, but still sometimes doesn't. The other suggestions didn't work, except Windows, unfortunately I don't have a windows install to try this on. Do you have any other suggestions i could try or do you know how I can get some more verbose logs?

Having the same issue 3/16/2026, vid_restart didn't work. tried all the restarts, nothing worked. Anyone have this issue and figure it out? <3.14
