There are tons of solutions, some are:

Binding the map_restart to a key and pressing that key whenever you want to restart. For example bind P "map_restart" Using a mapvote that will let you vote for a map and/or mode, if you want more possibilities and not just restart the current map. I can recommend my mapvote

Did you change the sensitivity in the controllers tab in the options?

You didn't use LAN mode. Wait it out.

I think what you're looking for is shellshock

So replacing the function to remove that part or monitoring the airstrike started event and changing the "affected by shellshock" boolean on players to 0 might maybe remove it too

Caution The anticheat is always active even in solo play / private match. If you wish to cheat in private / solo you can use the launchers LAN mode which disables online functionality and disables the anticheat.
