Generally caused by unstable internet. Try restarting your router and also make sure your windows system time and date is correct and synced.

@Zezy could you provide a screenshot of your game folder and can you clarify what screen exactly it freezes on?

Seems like norton has only just caught wind of it, so is blocking it. Btw I have dealt with norton in the past, it's tbh trash. It thinks everything is a virus and cripples performance. If I was you personally I would uninstall. or if they scammed you into paying for it... don't renew it.

You are complaining about a controller configuration, keyword configuration, configure it to how you like it. This has nothing to do with Plutonium as we don't supply these configurations nor support controllers yet on MW3.
