@Christ77 said in Problem with the launcher: I have a problem when I put my "pluto_t6_full_game.torrent" put it where? Did you open it in qbittorrent and let it download the actual game files?

@max afaik it's because the software is unsigned "unknown" to antiviruses. But you will often notice that false positive happen on bad and unknown antiviruses. They use random stuff for their detections. Only popular known good antiviruses really matter. A random chinese AV should be ignored. More info on the link above

@teodown Redist Errors related to D3DCOMPILER_43.dll, XINPUT1_3.dll, D3DX9_37.dll, MSVCP140.dll or VCRUNTIME140.dll are caused by missing redistributable on your system. To fix this a member of the staff created a script that will download and install all the redistributable (redist) required to get Plutonium running. Download and open the script from the link below and let it finish to download and install every redist (Direct X, Visual C++ etc.) Then once it says it's finished you can close it and start your game. https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat The speed varies depending on your download speed and on your PC specs. The script is safe so if you get a message from Windows click on "More info" and "Run anyway". You can always right click on it and click edit to see what's inside.

@Tufstuff2 no idea what you mean but your issue probably has a solution, that's the point of a client. Stating your issue and trying to find a solution is better than saying "it's bad" or "it doesn't work". Most of the time people complain about things when they are either the one doing it wrong or when there are several available solutions

That's because BO1 was only available for a short amount of time as an Alpha test for Black Ops 1. It'll return though this year in May (next month) as an offical release for Plutonium though

Your system doesn't have Direct X installed so use what was linked above. If your system cannot run it properly then install from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

@joustindomenech Crash with an error (0x000007b, crashdump error or similar) There is no easy answer for this but here are some possible solutions Add Plutonium as an exception in your antivirus or uninstall it (do what is said for your antivirus in the documentation) https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus Repair your game: https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ Update your GPU drivers Install DirectX (even if it's already installed): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 If you're running the game in a virtual machine don't, this doesn't work If you're using ReShade remove it. It's not supported on Plutonium and will make your game crash Close programs with overlays or disable their overlays (Steam, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner etc.) Try to unplug devices connected to your PC (VR headset, other monitors, controllers etc.) If you use an Avermedia capture card uninstall its drivers Verify the integrity of your system files: Open the start menu and search for "cmd" Run cmd as admin Copy and paste (right click) the command below in the cmd and press enter dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Once it's done restart your PC If after doing all of this it still doesn't work reply with these info What your antivirus is and if you disabled or uninstalled it A screenshot of your game files The crashdump files created in %localappdata%\Plutonium\crashdumps (upload them on a website like Google Drive, Mediafire or anyyhing else and include the link here) As a last resort doing a clean install of Windows (factory reset) could solve the issue. Don't install your usual programs at first just install your GPU drivers, Direct X, your browser and Discord for example and test like that.

Thanks for the really detailed responses, everyone. I guess I’ll stick to IW4x until Bootcamp is released, if ever.
