This Attachment was to visually show you what to click to find your BO2 Folder. Like @Dss0 said. Pluto will take it's part to unlock the DLCs and allow you to play them. But getting the actual files is entirely your part. So is the installation. When it says "Setup" (like they also said) it means Pluto will find your BO2 Pluto folder (it will not install any files and has not done that ever. You have to find the pluto_t6_full_game or buy the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 game folder yourself).
