@Poaw .net framework 4.7.2 which i linked above doesn't work on win8 so you need to install it again now that you're on 8.1.

@jamieh If you didn't already delete the Plutonium folder in %localappdata% (while the laucher is closed) and start it again. If this doesn't work then add the Plutonium folder as an exclusion in your antivirus. Also what is your antivirus? (Even if it is disabled this could still cause issues)

@akaGrims Make sure the Plutonium launcher is closed then press Win + R and type %localappdata% then click OK. Here find the Plutonium folder and delete it. Then start the launcher again, let it download the required files again and try to login again.

You might get away with just tunneling all connections to Plutonium through a proxy, most VPN providers to also offer socks5 proxies.

@zzSkyer plutonium.exe is the updater. What you're getting still points to something blocking the connection to plutonium's servers.

or maybe your connection is low thats why go to a stronger connection then update

solution: windows key + R: %appdata%, Find Appdata / local / plutonium delete the folder completely and re-download with plutonium t6
