Too old build, you need windows 10 1607+ to play on Plutonium.

WIndows 8 isn't supported. Upgrade to Windows 10.

@Swonk hit windows key + r and type winver into the run dialogue, the hit enter. Post a screenshot of the window that comes up.

@SUBAROO win7 is not supported by pluto, upgrade to win10.

@VirusPanda which version of windows is that? If it's win8.0 you need to upgrade to win8.1 or win10. If you still got the torrent running in your torrent client remove it from there also try running the launcher as admin.
