    Run the redists and dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame.

    @HannesC just to launch dxSetup.exe in the folder not compressed? i am making this now and i see in the setup "Copying Files D3DCOMPILER_43.dll" ok i launched it press on play it open boots trapper AND OPENED THE GAME thank you! some much time to say because i become waiting it works and the 600 seconds delay without 3 reputation

    Do what Frags said. Another thing you might try is disabling fullscreen optimizations for the plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe located in %localappdata%\Plutonium\bin through its properties -> compatibility tab. If you're still getting low fps, nothing we can do - get a better GPU.

    @DeStrikerz Its a different error probably hence why doing these things didn't solve the issue for you. It might look the same to you, but they're different if you look closely. Screenshot your error.

    Hi, in order to help us help you we need quite a lot of information: What where you doing when the game crashed? Which map and game mode where you playing? Do you have any mods installed? In case you crashed on zombies, which difficulty did you play on? Do you have any overclocks applied? Do you have any DirectX overlays? What Exception Code did you get? What Exception Address did it show? The dump file (check %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plutonium\crashdumps)
