Hi, in order to help us help you we need quite a lot of information: What where you doing when the game crashed? Which map and game mode where you playing? Do you have any mods installed? In case you crashed on zombies, which difficulty did you play on? Do you have any overclocks applied? Do you have any DirectX overlays? What Exception Code did you get? What Exception Address did it show? The dump file (check %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plutonium\crashdumps)

@AWolfLurking FYI I just have had to clean after you. Please refrain from posting "same problem bro" posts under totally different problems, or creating multiple threads about the same issue, especially copy pasting the same shit 1:1. Also read the error message, until you do what clearly tells you to do there won't be any further support.

@Rewind I have nothing such as an antivirus or any of that and still got this problem . Btw I was able to play it one or twice and then this happened now I can't play it at all .

Wdym? Couldn't understand what you meant. What's wrong with the bootstrapper? Is it stuck and isn't launching the game or?

@R47O Need bit more info than that, please elaborate when the crash occurs - ingame or direct crash on startup? Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background. Also write the exception address here where it crashed (should be inside the .txt in %localappdata%\Plutonium\crashdumps).

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper (black cmd window).

@IiIy This is not a Plutonium error but a message from the server you were trying to join. You can try to contact the owner of the server or simply join another one.

If you have the DLCs installed you can use them on Plutonium, just select your Steam BO2 folder in the launcher as game folder. The game will automatically detect all the mappacks you have installed.
