@yassin313 well if you want to play so bad you should create a decent help request first "heeeeelp" won't change anything. We can't guess what happens if you give no info at all.. Send a screenshot of the error and explain what is happening exactly

@LK_Master Plutonium only supports the latest version of Windows 8.1 or a recent version or Windows 10. If you're using Windows 7 you're gonna have to upgrade. If you're on Windows 10 then press Win + R and type winver and send a screenshot of the window. Also make sure your antivirus isn't blocking/deleting files.

@JezuzLizard yeah I thought the high fps would be the reason why but I capped it at 60 and still doing the same thing.

Screenshot your bo2 folder and game settings of the launcher.

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window and see if you can get into the game again. Also try updating your GPU drivers.
