It usually goes like this: your main account got banned for 7 days, and you decided that waiting for 7 days is not for you so you created a new account and tried to log in which extended your ban time to what it is now. Alternatively, this was already your second infraction so you were banned permanently on another account and are still trying to bypass a ban. Bypassing the ban is what is making your alt account receive long ban times.
