Hello @Dss0 , Still not working and I tried everything you said (update directX, delete the config file there were only one the "plutonium_zm.cfg" and update my gpu drivers). I do have no sound and the game is still white like a flashbang only in origin map

@iwcarft do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them. post a screenshot of your game folder right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here

@LokiRoyalty all of those dump files are corrupted, they should be 500MB+ in size. When does this error occur? Which memory address does it crash at? que tal bro no todo lo demas funciona bien y activo el xbox game bar para revisar y nada, puedo jugar pero no suena nada del jeugo ya he revisado que todo este ennable y nada 

if u still need help with this, it is because for some reason this game doesnt like high fps, in dedicated servers its capped to 200 and ur fine, custom jumps to 800 and it messes up. I dont know why this is the issues, but it is

What antivirus do you use?

@juandisb Move the game files to C:/Games/pluto_t6_full_game, then reselect this directory in game settings of the launcher.

Can you hear ingame sounds tho? Try alt tabbing out to the bootstrapper cmd window, and typing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart.
