If I recall correctly, Plutonium's config files are encrypted and cannot be edited by hand.

Where did you get your copy of BO2?

What's your PC specs? Do you meet the minimum requirements to run the game? If it takes too much time loading a map the server already disconnects you while the client's still trying to connect you - and hence you get that error.

Try turning off voice chat in the game options, if that doesn't work try this:

Turning off "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"

System -> Sound -> Device properties below your input device -> Additional device properties -> advanced

Could also just try turning off voice chat in the game options.

Shisuii Can you convert the error to English? Also what antivirus do you use? Try running the launcher as admin as well.

When exactly does the crash happen? Elaborate? Also try quitting/disabling any overlay apps you might have running in the background such as msi afterburner, rivatuner, etc.
