    Do you mean 1 bank for every server available on plutonium? That will be hard, and imho losing of fun, cause there's no connection between two server administrated by two different people.

    Selected servers right? That's the fault of a server administration tool (IW4MA) that most servers use and for some reason your IP's getting flagged. Contact the server owners/admins of that server so they can whitelist your IP.

    Read the pinned anticheat policy. You injected, you got banned. Nothing you can do except waiting it out. Also don't try to create any more accounts to evade the ban, that'll only increase the timer. //Locked.

    We have logs that prove you cheated. We don't accept ban appeals either, so I don't see how lying to us about your ban reason would help. Wait out your ban and don't cheat again. // Locked.

    Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit them and launch pluto again.

    @Acrillx then don't install them, you can set your update channel on win10 to semi annual. "It's better" is not really an argument, it's an opinion. I agree that the consumer version of win10 has some annoying features but pretty much all of them can be disabled through one way or another. If you're an advanced user i'd recommend installing win10 ltsc, doesn't have the play store and adware crap, i'd use that over win7 any day.

    Incomplete/corrupted basegame. Follow this guide, point the download to your bo2 folder, deselect "create subfolder" and let it complete. That should skip over whatever you have and only download missing stuff.

    Also do you have msi afterburner/rivatuner statistics or any similar overlays running in the background? If yes, quit/disable them, they're likely causing that issue.
