I been banned and i don't know why

today I installed bo2 to play with some friends and after a few minutes I have been banned for 7 days, I created another account and I have been banned again, I don't know why since I have not used any kind of hacks and I just played a few minutes.

Ricky_PM If you read the ban notification, you would have seen that it told you to not create another account. Pluto doesn't do unbans either so appealing isn't an option

I just got banned On A TDM Server cause of multiple Reports too my account, Which i haven't played bo2 Multiplayer for a hot minute till tonight and these ppl really get butthurt enough too temp ban me from server, cause a group of ppl sent there reports at the same time. annoying.
