Controller not Working ig?

Im using the official wired xbox 360 controller and it works perfectly with bo2 and mw3 and 4x aka other games and It doesn't need a controller emulator. But it doesn't work with T5, I was really confused because it only said just plug and play but I can't shoot or move but I can reload and melee etc. If anyone got a solution pls as soon as you can :).
