GhostRider0125 where did you download the game files from? Is it the game or the server dedicated tool?
What language is it set to?In the meantime repair your game and let me know how it goes after that

removedit was working with pluto until today and it only has english -
if i were you, id uninstall it and download fresh up to date files from steam(MW3 Dedicated Server is free)

GhostRider0125 we won't help with third party files then. Plutonium is only made to work with the files provided in our doc so our torrents and Steam files. Either install proper files, they're free on Steam anyways or fix it yourself, we won't help
