removedit was working with pluto until today and it only has english -
if i were you, id uninstall it and download fresh up to date files from steam(MW3 Dedicated Server is free)

GhostRider0125 we won't help with third party files then. Plutonium is only made to work with the files provided in our doc so our torrents and Steam files. Either install proper files, they're free on Steam anyways or fix it yourself, we won't help
