Follow the instructions and make sure your config file is properly configured the way you want it. Map rotation has no issues.

@IMMORTALSx also FYI there are a bunch of possibilities if you don't want to keep the default behavior because as of now your server will simply rotate in the same order all the time and repeat at the end.
You could have a plugin to randomize the maps (can even make it rotate depending on the player count) or a mapvote to have a semi random rotation where the players have the last word
