After pressing the Play Button the launcher disappears but the game does not start

Followed all the instructions from the common launcher issues page and it didn't work
To clarify for the past two weeks it was running just fine but it all started this morning and I just cant get IW5, T5, or T6 to even launch.
also no error codes or anything just the launcher disappears

What's your antivirus? Any security tool like MalwareBytes? List everything

Resxt I uninstalled McAfee from my laptop and then ran the other steps from the forum post including excluding plutonium from Windows defender

UPDATE FOR ANYBODY WHO SEES THIS IN THE FUTURE THE FIX IS UNINSTALLING THE LAUNCHER THEN REINSTALLING IT
