LaunchConnection error when starting Plutonium

Every time I try to open the program a crash id appears and then it tells me that files are missing and asks me to restart the program with internet access. I have a high speed connection and tried opening it as administrator and moving it to the desktop but no results. Can anybody help me ?

LPC_Aka_Vanish i see you're from cuba. Unfortunately cuban isp's seem to be employing some sort of nat or maybe intentionally blocking certain traffic that also causes people not to be able to connect to the pluto servers, there's nothing we can do on our end. Check this thread: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/27113/help-admins. tl;dr only way for you to play is by using a vpn.
